RhapsodyCare’s base version, generously available at no cost, allows hospice house facilities to manage the dynamism of a fully integrated team.
This sophisticated software will allow you to manage referrals for routine, general inpatient and respite care. It will also administer a pre-admission evaluation to determine if the patient meets criteria for general inpatient level of care.
While determining the need for inpatient status, RhapsodyCare™ will document an initial assessment when the patient arrives, which will determine a plan of care.
Once a patient has been admitted, RhapsodyCare™ will document all the ongoing services a patient receives at that setting and will alert you to available beds within the facility.
Future, premium versions of RhapsodyCare™, will conveniently allow clinicians to access an online medication database while providing integration with their agency’s EHR, billing and payroll systems, no matter whose software is in use.
