Required to achieve and maintain a high level of proficiency with Delta’s homecare, hospice and private duty software products in addition to being familiar with other applications used to support the industry.
Responsible for effectively supporting and training customers on Delta’s homecare, hospice and private duty software products in addition to authoring and updating end-user training materials.
Responsible for developing products relevant to current and future market needs, based upon the expressed requirements, and working as part of a rapid development team.
