Delta is opening doors for a New Jersey home health care provider
Part of Kennedy Health System in Southern New Jersey, established in 1986, Kenned Home Health Care provides in-home care for patients across three area counties. With 100 employees, including 35 registered nurses and 20 therapists, data maintenance was complicated. Keeping accurate records for an average patient base of 400 required time-consuming paperwork that was difficult to tabulate and prone to errors.
With the advent of the Encore solution, easy-to-use digital forms have replaced time-consuming paperwork. Overall, patient care has improved due to better, more accurate documentation, and reducing the time required to support paper records has saved money.
