National OASIS-C Best Practices Project
In November, over 80 of the leading and most respected clinicians in homecare, all either appointed or nominated by their state associations, convened in Chicago for the Delta OASIS-C Best Practices Forum.
Over a two day period, these national experts reviewed every OASIS-C question and used their collective experience and knowledge to develop the single most comprehensive summary of best practice techniques, strategies and tips on how to most effectively and accurately use the OASIS-C instrument.
Now Delta Health Technologies, along with Fazzi Associates and NAHC, are providing the Delta OASIS-C Best Practices Manual free of charge to the entire homecare industry.
Homecare providers may also view a recording of the free 45-minute Webinar held on January 28, 2010. The webinar highlights key best practices, strategies and tips for OASIS-C developed from this national project and included in the Delta OASIS-C Best Practices Manual.
