The Delta National OASIS-C Best Practices Project was the single, most comprehensive effort ever initiated by the homecare industry to develop best practices for ensuring OASIS accuracy. Nearly 100 of homecare’s leading and most respected clinicians, all either appointed or nominated by their state associations, participated in an intensive best practice development process. Nearly every state was represented. Their goal: To review every OASIS-C question and to use their collective experience and knowledge to develop best practices, techniques, strategies and tips for increasing clinicians’ capacity to generate the right answers to every OASIS-C question.
